Insurance coverage ensures financial protection for both the sender and the recipient.

3. Insurance Fee Structure
• The insurance fee is calculated based on the declared value, nature of goods, destination, and shipping method.
• Insurance fees must be paid prior to customs clearance or final delivery.
• The fee serves as a shipment protection guarantee.

4. Refundable Insurance Deposit (If Applicable)

• This deposit is fully refundable upon successful delivery confirmation.
• Refund processing begins immediately after delivery confirmation.
• Standard refund processing time is 24–72 business hours, depending on the payment method and financial institution.

5. Claims Process

In the unlikely event of loss or damage:
1. Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Supporting documentation (photos, invoice, proof of value) must be provided.
3. Claims are assessed within 5–10 business days.
4. Approved claims are compensated according to the declared value and policy terms.

6. Exclusions

Insurance does not cover:
• Improperly packaged goods
• Prohibited or restricted items

• Loss due to inaccurate shipping information provided by the customer
• Force majeure events beyond insurable coverage limits

7. Compliance & Regulatory Requirements

Customers are responsible for ensuring shipments comply with:
• Destination country import regulations

• Proper declaration of goods and value

Failure to comply may result in delays, penalties, or non-refundable charges imposed by authorities.
